Russian-Speaking American Chamber of South Florida (“RAC”) requests all persons who attend RAC Events to visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”) website for an updated list of guidelines relating to Covid-19. Please note guidelines differ for vaccinated and unvaccinated persons. Please adhere to the guidelines set forth by the CDC for your personal wellbeing as well as others.

Russian-Speaking American Chamber of South Florida (“RAC”) cannot guarantee that a person will not be exposed or become infected with COVID-19 and attending events could increase your risk of exposure.

I voluntarily seek to attend a RAC Event and by attending said event, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 and that such exposure or infection may result in illness, injury, disability or death.

I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any illness or injury to myself along with all associated damages that I may sustain in connection with my attendance of RAC events. On my behalf, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Russian-Speaking American Chamber of South Florida (“RAC”), its employees, members and representatives, from any and all claims, lawsuits, judgments, damages, losses, or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions or negligence of Russian-Speaking American Chamber of South Florida (“RAC”).

I acknowledge I must comply with the guidelines set forth by the CDC to reduce the spread of the virus.

I further acknowledge that I will not attend a RAC event if:

1. I am experiencing any flu-like symptoms;

2. I have traveled outside of the US in the past 14 days;

3. I have tested positive for Covid-19 and not been cleared as non-contagious;

4. I am not adhering to the guidelines set forth by the CDC; and/or

5. I have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for Covid-19 and I have not completed the self-quarantine period.

 

By registering and/or attending any Russian-Speaking American Chamber of South Florida “RAC” events, I fully accept all of these terms.
